The Lugeon test, sometimes call also Packer test, is an in-situ testing method widely used to estimate the avarage hydraulic conductivity of rock mass. It is indeed In situ test of formation permeability performed by measuring the volume of water taken in a section of test hole when the interval is pressurized at given pressure (10 bars -150 psi). It is used primarily in variably permeable formations under evaluation of fracturating .

Water injection hole packer

The plugging and grouting hole packer 83/6 (Patent Certificate No: 1605119) is used together with our Bangtian mining hole sealing materials, and has the following features:

All materials of the hole packer are inflaming retarding and antistatic and meet related national standards.

The high elasticity and tightness of rubber is utilized, so that the hole packer is applicable to irregular holes and better sealing performance can be realized especially in soft coal seams.

The rubber surface is processed by adopting special technologies, so that excess water will be extracted and grout will not flow out.

By using the hole packer's characteristics of high resistance to pressure, it may be used to realize high-pressure grouting on coal body, so that the grout can enter the gaps between coal seam and thus ensure the quality of hole sealing.

The hole sealing length may be designed at will.

It is applicable to all types of coal seams, whether soft or hard.

After boring is completed, the hole may be pre-sealed by using water pressure in the mine and then sealed by injecting grout.

It is easy to operate and can complete the hole sealing operation at one attempt.
